本文阐述了新时期广西国有企业创新思想政治工作的意义,分析了其思想政治工作的现状,指出了其中存在的问题,从提高创新思想政治工作的意识、拓展思想政治工作的范围形式、夯实思想政治工作者的素质、紧密结合企业长远发展目标四个方面,提出了新时期广西国有企业创新思想政治工作的基本途径,希望对相关工作有所裨益。
This paper expounds the significance of Guangxi state-owned enterprises in innovation of ideological and political work in the new era, analyzes the current situation of their ideological and political work, points out the existing problems, from improving the awareness of innovative ideological and political work, expanding the scope of ideological and political work, The quality of political workers and the long-term development goal of the enterprise, we put forward the basic ways to innovate the ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprises in Guangxi in the new era and hope it will be helpful to the related work.
