介绍了催化裂化装置富气压缩机干气密封系统的结构及其运行参数的监控。对干气密封系统在运行中出现润滑油进入密封腔、氮气携带杂质、富气返混结垢等问题进行了分析,并采取了相应的处理措施,使得干气密封系统运行平稳。在此基础上,提出了提高密封气和缓冲气差压的建议。只有对干气密封系统精心安装、精心维护,提供稳定的干燥、洁净的气源,采取有效的辅助密封措施,采用合适的操作温度和工作压力,改善工艺介质,优化干气密封系统运行环境,才能保证其长周期安全运行。
