不久前思科宣布,2009年在华战略是从“思科中国”向“中国思科”转型,160亿美元的投资计划不会受经济衰退的影响而减少。而实现其战略目标的三大支柱是激励创新、合作共赢和领导力培养,标志之一是2009年由思科与北京大学光华管理学院共同打造的领导力研究院将启用。思科中国董事长兼首席执行官史瑞夫(Jim Sherriff)说:“在中国将打散按照职能业务部门划分这种边界,以一种交合的形式来搭建团队。中国市场的独一无二,需要我们把各个职能业务部门融合在一起。”这正是钱伯斯思科全球新战略的一个缩影。
