MTI人才培养模式的研究是对现阶段MTI培养模式的评估,也是及早发现MTI培养过程中的问题以及提出解决方案的最好途径。MTI在我国迅速发展,为社会提供了众多专业人才的同时,也导致了一些问题,从而影响了人才培养的质量。本文分析了在MTI培养模式存在的问题以及学生在此模式下面临的学业和就业困难,并从学生、导师以及社会等层面提出具体对策和建议,以期对MTI人才培养有一定的借鉴意义。
The research on MTI talent training mode is the best way to find out the problems in MTI training process and to put forward the solution in the early stage of MTI training mode assessment. While MTI developed rapidly in our country and provided numerous professional talents to society, it also caused some problems, which affected the quality of personnel training. This article analyzes the problems existing in the MTI training mode and the difficulties faced by the students in this mode of study and employment, and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of students, mentors and society so as to provide some reference for MTI personnel training.
