Objective To explore the impact of clinical nursing pathway on the nursing behavior and nursing quality of patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy. Methods From January 2012 to February 2015, 120 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing interventional treatment in Ganzi Prefecture People’s Hospital of Sichuan Province were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given clinical nursing and patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The quality of life, adverse reactions, nursing satisfaction and hospital stay of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of life of patients in the observation group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 8.3% and 31.7%, respectively, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 98.3% and 83.3%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The observation group patients hospitalized time compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the process of interventional treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma patients, the implementation of clinical nursing pathway can significantly improve the quality of patient care, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve patient quality of life and clinical nursing satisfaction, worthy of clinical promotion.
