对烧冲复合伤狗胸骨髓涂片,观察了巨核细胞与粒细胞的酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、糖元和粒细胞的过氧化酶(PO)的变化,ACP和PO反映吞噬活性,糖元提供吞噬活动的能量。发现这些成分的变化特点是:①被吞噬巨核细胞低于未被噬巨核细胞;②被噬巨核细胞体内粒细胞低于体外粒细胞;③被噬巨核细胞低于其体内的粒细胞。这些结果进一步为确立“骨髓巨核细胞被噬现象”提供了细胞化学方面的依据。
