患者男,34岁,干部,以左颈部肿物3年伴局部胀感,于1983年2月29日入院。始有低烧、盗汗、消瘦,同时左侧颈部扪及2×2cm肿物。当地医院拟淋巴结结核病治疗3个月后肿物渐增大,转我院。以往身体健康。检查:男性壮年,一般情况良好。左耳下偏后方触及5×4×4cm大小肿物、质硬、活动,无管波动。皮肤颜色、温度均正常。鼻咽部、心肺及神经系检查无特殊。术前3天行肿物穿刺未查到癌细胞。临床诊断:左颈部肿物,性质待查。于4月6日在全麻下行肿物切除术。肿物由颈
