[目的]针对外来入侵植物紫茎泽兰,利用植物敏感性原理研制出紫茎泽兰生长抑制剂,对其防除效果进行评价及确定适宜浓度。[方法]采用野外试验方法,研究了0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%四种浓度处理对紫茎泽兰的防除效果,同时通过观察其他杂草的生长情况,研究紫茎泽兰生长抑制剂防除的敏感性。[结果]紫茎泽兰生长抑制剂对紫茎泽兰地上部分防除效果快速且明显,药后2 h,紫茎泽兰即表现出受害症状,且受害程度随浓度的增大而加剧;药后5 d,0.5%浓度处理株防效为41.5%,1%浓度处理株防效为90.2%,1.5%、2%浓度处理株防效达100%;药后15d,0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%浓度处理鲜重防效分别为64.6%、91.7%、98.9%、100%,但生长抑制剂对根部作用有限,浓度较小时,紫茎泽兰会从基部重新长出新枝。同时,紫茎泽兰生长抑制剂具有敏感性和选择性,不会对其他植物造成伤害。[结论]利用植物敏感性来快速控制紫茎泽兰生长发育并达到杀灭效果的技术是可行的,该制剂在浓度达到1.5%时,可明显抑制和杀灭紫茎泽兰。因此,生长抑制剂浓度应保证在1.5%以上。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to evaluate the control effect of Eupatorium adenophorum and its suitable concentration against the alien invasive plant Eupatorium adenophorum by using the plant sensitivity principle. [Method] The field experiment was used to study the effects of four treatments of 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% and 2% on the growth and development of Eupatorium adenophorum. The growth of Eupatorium adenophorum was studied by observing the growth of other weeds. Sensitivity of inhibitor control. [Result] The control effect of Eupatorium adenophorum growth inhibitor on the aerial part of Eupatorium adenophorum was rapid and obvious. At 2 h after treatment, Eupatorium adenophorum showed symptoms of victimization and the degree of victimization intensified with increasing concentration. After 5 days, the control efficacy of the strain with 0.5% concentration was 41.5%, that of the strain with 1% concentration was 90.2%, and that of the strain with the concentration of 1.5% and 2% was 100% The fresh weight control effects of 1.5% and 2% were 64.6%, 91.7%, 98.9% and 100%, respectively. However, the growth inhibitor had limited effect on the roots. When the concentration was low, the new shoots were regenerated from the base. At the same time, Eupatorium adenophorum growth inhibitor is sensitive and selective, will not cause harm to other plants. [Conclusion] It is feasible to use plant sensitivity to control the growth and development of Eupatorium adenophorum quickly and achieve the killing effect. When the concentration reaches 1.5%, the preparation can obviously inhibit and kill Eupatorium. Therefore, the growth inhibitor concentration should be guaranteed at 1.5% or more.
