新型职业农民培育工作全面开展后,河南省洛阳市农广校以多个县不同专业的新型职业农民培育学员为研究对象,对他们进行长达一年半的跟踪调研。本文结合参训学员的基本情况及学员经过培训后的建议,研究培训课程设置的内容,从而探索出更加科学合理的新型职业农民培训课程设置内容及教学模式,探索有效模式,让学员掌握不同的技能和知识,提高生活品质。一、参训学员的基本情况从参加调研学员的情况表中可以看出:一是从性别上看,参加新型职业农民培训的学员基本上男多女少。
