为了观察大鼠逼尿肌不稳定的超微结构改变 ,探讨逼尿肌不稳定的发生机制 ,建立Wistar大鼠不稳定膀胱膜型 ,行充盈性膀胱测压 ,根据测压结果分为逼尿肌稳定组(DS)和逼尿肌不稳定组 (DI)。取对照组和DI组逼尿肌行光镜、电镜检查。结果显示不稳定膀胱逼尿肌细胞排列紊乱 ,细胞间中间连接显著减少 ,代之以大量的胞突连接和缝隙连接。结果提示 ,逼尿肌细胞间的电偶联显著增强是逼尿肌不稳定发生的重要机制。
