学生宿舍是学生在学校期间学习和生活的主要场所,是学生与学生之间交流的平台,是老师和学生之间联系的纽带,是进行学生素质教育的重要阵地。宿舍文化是校园文化的组成部分,是建设和谐校园的基础。实现学生宿舍的有序管理,建设健康向上高品位的宿舍文化,对学生人生观、价值观和世界观的形成有着深刻的影响。高职高专起步较晚,宿舍基础设施薄弱,软环境建设滞后,学生生源和特点不同于本科院校,应该探索和创新具有自身特点的宿舍文化,在宿舍文化建设中实现对学生思想政治、道德、文化、能力、心理健康等的教育。
