师生关系是教师与学生在教育过程中为完成一定的教育任务,以教与学为中介而形成的一种特殊的社会关系,是学校最基本的人际关系。那么如何在新课程理念的指引下来构建和谐的师生关系呢?新课程理念认为教师是课堂教学的组织者和引导者,因此教师对学生的控制与管理是制约师生关系良好与否的关键因素,构建和谐的师生关系需要教师从自身做起,搭建和谐师生关系形成的平台。
The teacher-student relationship is a special social relationship formed between teachers and students in the education process to complete certain educational tasks, and uses teaching and learning as an intermediary. It is the most basic interpersonal relationship in the school. Then how to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship under the guidance of the new curriculum concept? The new curriculum concept believes that teachers are the organizers and guides of classroom teaching. Therefore, the teacher’s control and management of students is the key to restricting the relationship between teachers and students. Factors, building a harmonious teacher-student relationship require teachers to start from their own and build a platform for a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
