利用模糊优选与评价原理，对大坝安全改造顺序的确定方法进行了探讨，并给出一个实例。该方法计算简便，能综合考虑各类不同评价指标，评价结果公正合理，具有较好的应用推广价值。
By using fuzzy optimization and evaluation principle, the method to determine the sequence of dam safety reform is discussed and an example is given. The method is easy to calculate and can comprehensively consider different kinds of evaluation indexes. The evaluation results are fair and reasonable and have good application and popularization value.
