我厂试制的DB-406型电子倍增器主要用于电子、离子流的强度测量,采用了栅盒式分立式结构。这种结构的优点是结构紧凑、输出大、增益高、噪声小、受磁场影响较小,并且级数增减几乎不受限制。既能在直流场合下测量粒子流的强度,也能在脉冲条件下进行粒子计数,所以能满足各方面的要求。我们试制的DB—406型电子倍增器采用了经特殊工艺敏化了的铜铍合金倍增极,它具有较高的二次发射系数,在多次暴露大气之后,二次发射性能稳定。为了适应多种应用场合并提高倍增器的有效寿命,第一倍增极设计成可更换的形式。当需检测真空紫外线辐射和软X射线时,第一倍
The DB-406 electron multiplier trial-manufactured by our factory is mainly used for the intensity measurement of the electron and ion currents, and adopts the grid box type discrete structure.
