1984年3～5月份,我们对烧结厂生产混合料,返矿和烧结矿的有关参数进行了测定。测定的内容有:该厂使用的原燃烧物化性能,烧结配料情况,混料机的工作制度,混合料混匀和制粒情况,返矿的数量和粒度组成,烧结矿在台车上的质量分布情况等。 测试的目的是系统地了解近一段时期该厂主要生产环节的操作情况,通过分析和进行相应的试验研究,提出进一步提高烧结矿产质量,降低能耗的措施。
From March to May 1984, we measured the relevant parameters of the sinter plant for the production of mixes, return ore and sinter. Determination of the content: the plant used in the physical and chemical properties of the original sinter, sintering ingredients, mixer working system, mixing and granulation of the mixture, the number and size of the returned ore composition, the quality of sinter on the trolley Distribution and so on. The purpose of the test is to systematically understand the operation of the main production processes of the plant in the recent period. By analyzing and carrying out the corresponding experimental studies, measures for further improving the quality of sinter minerals and reducing energy consumption are put forward.
