患者,女,71岁。心慌、胸闷、咳喘半月,下肢浮肿、尿少4天。诊断为原发性高血压,高血压性心脏病,心力衰竭,糖尿病,于1988年10月10日入院。入院前未用过降糖药。体检:T 36.5C,P116次,R29次,BP180/100。神志清,半卧位,呼吸急促,口唇发绀,颈静脉怒张,两肺闻及干湿性罗音。心界向左下增大,心率116次,
