北京市作为现代化水平较高的城市,人流物流大量聚集,公共交通的建设成为影响城市快速发展的主要因素之一。而其中,地铁交通系统的建设既是经济社会发展到一定程度后的必然要求,也是城市现代化水平的显著标志。北京市在2002年决定大力修建地铁之后,地铁交通网络系统得到飞速发展,全市的公共交通系统得到根本性的改善。本文正是对这项关系到北京市发展大计的全局性重大政策进行了分析与评论,并提出一些恰当的建议,以期能够为今后该项政策的进一步实施建言献策,做出一些应有的贡献。
As a city with a high level of modernization in Beijing, a large number of people flow gather and the construction of public transport has become one of the major factors affecting the rapid urban development. Among them, the construction of the subway transportation system is not only an inevitable requirement after the economic and social development reaches a certain level, but also a significant symbol of the level of urban modernization. After Beijing decided to vigorously construct the MTR in 2002, the subway traffic network system developed rapidly and the city’s public transportation system was fundamentally improved. This article precisely analyzes and comments on this major overall policy concerning the development plan of Beijing and puts forward some appropriate suggestions so as to provide suggestions and make some due contributions to the further implementation of the policy in the future .
