随着社会的进步,越来越多的农村孩子跟随父母进城,在城里生活、学习,导致有些偏远农村的学生越来越少,甚至出现了一个班十个学生、几个学生的现象。面对这种情况,原先那种几十个学生为班级的教学模式,就有些不太适应几个学生的小班或者说微班教学。那么,如何根据社会发展的形势及学生不断减少的情况,在小学数学教学中改变教学模式,转变教学策略,实施作业分层设计,促进农村微班教学质量,实现我们素质教育目的呢?本人结合这些问题,主要从以下几方面做了探究:
