Productive Practices are believed to be the most effective method for engineering education and trade skill training.However,Japanese education system so far has failed systematically to integurate the method into their school system.The reason of failure is briefly discussed.Difficulties lie behind in orthogonality of 3 phase axses:knowledge,technology and trade skill. Several typical examples that have prevailed to realize the method are presented.
