随着经济的发展,物质生活的改善,人的寿命也越来越高。目前,中国人口的老龄化与高龄化速度也在增长,为积极应对进入老龄化社会或高龄社会存在的社会问题。从适应现代社会的不断发展需求角度,保障其基本的人力资源开发利用,需要从多个角度进行整合分析。而在探究的过程中,只有全面的开发人才管理,才能有效地保障其基本的安全管理措施。本文从当今社会中离退休人员的社会资源开发利用率进行探讨,探究其中的社会发展需求,完善整体的人力资源管理模板。
