在小学英语教学中如能恰当地应用游戏进行课堂教学,让学生成为课堂的主角,可有效提高英语教学效率。让游戏作用于课堂,可以从三个方面入手:以游戏为诱导,创新课堂导入;以游戏为载体,活跃简单操练;以游戏为背景,培养实际运用。一、以游戏为诱导,创新课堂导入根据著名的心理学家埃里克森的发展心理学理论,小学生正处于勤奋感对自卑感时期,学生容易对新鲜事物产生兴趣,但需要老师的鼓励才能坚持。课堂导入在培养学生兴趣方面发挥重要作用。传统课堂中,教师习惯于用名人名言导入,复习旧知识导入,这些都是很实在有效的导入方式。而小学英语作为一个灵活性强的课程,简单的游戏导入能够起到很好的诱导效果,创新课堂导入,为接下来的课堂学习营造一个良好的氛围。
