进行了在纯铁和重轨钢中添加稀土金属Ce的试验,并对铈和磷的聚集状态在扫描电镜下进行分析。结果表明:对于纯铁含Ce试样,生成的夹杂物主要是铈磷化物,主要富集在晶界上;对于加稀土铈的重轨钢试样,生成的夹杂物主要是氧化铈和磷酸铈,铈元素都偏聚在晶界上或晶界附近;稀土铈会使珠光体发生球化现象,珠光体间距增大,钢的力学性能下降。
The experiments of adding rare earth Ce to pure iron and heavy rail steel were carried out. The state of aggregation of cerium and phosphorus was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the inclusions generated mainly consist of cerium phosphide, which is mainly concentrated on the grain boundary. For the heavy rail steel with rare earth cerium, the inclusions are mainly cerium oxide and phosphoric acid Both cerium and cerium are segregated on the grain boundaries or near the grain boundaries. The rare earth cerium causes the pearlite to spheroidize, the pearlite spacing increases, and the mechanical properties of the steel decrease.
