在对新时期以来《世说新语》的研究概况加以梳理的基础上，对蒋凡先生新著《世说新语研究》进行了评析。该书在方法论上有以下三个特色：（１）出入文史，还原历史真貌；（２）打通古今，熔铸现代思考；（３）立足“人本”，呼唤人间正道。此外，对《世说新语》及其研究，作者也提出了自己的见解。
On the basis of reviewing the general situation of Shi Shuo Xin Yu since the new period, this article reviews Mr. Jiang Fan’s new research on Shi Shuo Xin Yu. The book has the following three characteristics in methodology: (1) Entering and leaving the literary history and restoring the true appearance of history; (2) Opening up the modern thinking of modernity and modernity; (3) Based on “humanism”, calling for the right path. In addition, the author also put forward his own opinion on “Shi Shuo Xin Yu” and its research.
