翘嘴红鲌又称白(鱼产)、白条、太湖白鱼,居“太湖三白”之首,深受消费者喜爱,为长江流域的优质经济鱼类之一。该鱼具有个体长、生长快、肉质洁白、肉味细嫩鲜美等特点,是较热门的养殖品种之一。1.水域条件水源充足的江河、湖泊、外荡、水库、池塘,面积在50亩(1亩=667平方米)以上,水深2米,水体透明度在25～50厘米,溶氧丰富,无污染,pH 值在7.2～8.4的水域为适养水域。2.网箱结构和设置网箱宜采用聚乙烯制成的无结网,面积20～100平方米,箱高2.5米左右,尤以大网箱为佳。网目大小要根据鱼种大小而定,以后随鱼体生长情况进行调整;
