本文介绍一种新型电动三轴飞行仿真转台的设计技术及其主要性能。该转台采用微机实时控制,力矩电机直接驱动,高灵敏度测速机和高分辨度光电编码器反馈。在控制方案中除了采用三环反馈控制和前馈补偿控制之外,还引入先进的智能控制策略,从而显著地提高了系统性能。该转台可以满足多种类型飞机、导弹飞控系统仿真试验要求
This article describes a new type of electric triaxial flight simulation turntable design technology and its main performance. The turntable uses microcomputer real-time control, torque motor direct drive, high-sensitivity tachometer and high-resolution photoelectric encoder feedback. In addition to the control scheme using tricyclic feedback control and feedforward compensation control, but also the introduction of advanced intelligent control strategy, which significantly improves system performance. The turntable can meet many types of aircraft, missile flight control system simulation test requirements
