开放存取科技论文网站具有不同于一般信息系统的可用性特点,开放性、用户多样性、使用方式、规范性、资源建设等都会对可用性造成影响。可用性评价包括基于可用性概念的评价和基于系统的评价。开放存取科技论文网站可用性评价模型包含五个构面(网站、资源、检索、论文提交和其他)和四个基础评价标准(易学性、有效性、效率和满意度),每个构面可以建立两级评价指标。在实施评估时,可采用相对综合指标计算系统的可用性得分。
Open Access has different usability characteristics from general information systems. Openness, user diversity, usage patterns, normativeness and resource construction all affect usability. Usability reviews include both usability-based and system-based evaluations. The usability evaluation model of open access web site contains five facets (website, resource, search, thesis submission and others) and four basic evaluation criteria (easy to learn, validity, efficiency and satisfaction), each facet can Establish two levels of evaluation indicators.
