为落实吉林省吉林市船营区“十二五”促进教师专业发展“双名三修”工程,根据船营区促进教师自我发展研修项目实施方案,我校结合本校的发展目标与愿景,对不同层次或不同年龄段的教师提出不同的发展目标要求,并指导教师分层次制定个人专业发展规划,指导教师掌握自我规划的制定、实施、调整、监控与评估的方法。学校对教师个人专业发展规划实施情况进行监督、检查、评估,组织校内交流展示,分享实施体会与经验,提炼征集成果,并将优秀成果向各级刊物推荐发
