某基层公安机关统计了几年来的侦查终结移送起诉的各类刑事案件237件，其中被检察机关和审判机关作出有罪认定及判决的229件。在这229起案件中，属于从口供突破案情、宣布破案的有223件，占97％。口供显示出如此巨大的作用，说明了什么？作者认为，非法获取的口供，无论“真”?
A grass-roots public security organ has counted 237 criminal cases of various types that have been prosecuted for prosecution in the past few years, of which 229 were convicted and sentenced by the prosecutorial organs and judicial authorities. Of the 229 cases, 223 cases were cracked down from oral confessions and 97% were announced. Confession shows such a huge role, explains what? The author believes that the confession obtained illegally, no matter “true”?
