韩国《青少年食品安全管理特别法令》修订版与2014年1月31日起正式开始实施。新修订的法令增加了学校及学校周边卖店禁止销售高咖啡因饮料,以及限制其在电视广告的播出时段等内容。高咖啡因饮料是指每mL的咖啡因含量在0.15mg以上的饮料制品。新法令中明确指出,学校及周边卖店禁售高咖啡因饮料,同时,午后17:00至19:00期间,禁止在电视中播放高咖啡因饮料制品广告。
The revised “Special Act on the Management of Food Safety for Adolescents in Korea” officially came into effect on January 31, 2014. The newly amended decree adds to the prohibition of the sale of high-caffeine beverages at schools and surrounding schools, as well as restricting the period during which television commercials are broadcast. High-caffeine beverages are beverage products having a caffeine content of 0.15 mg or more per mL. The new law made it clear that high school caffeinated beverages were banned in schools and surrounding stores and advertisements of high-caffeine beverage products on television were prohibited from 17:00 to 19:00 in the afternoon.
