目的观察舒乐冲剂对输卵管炎性阻塞模型大鼠的影响。方法选用Wistar雌性大鼠60只,采用在大鼠双侧输卵管注入20%苯酚糊剂0.01mL诱发大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞动物模型,随机分为空白对照组,阳性药对照组,模型组,舒乐冲剂高、中、低剂量组6组,连续灌胃给药30天后取输卵管进行病理组织学检测。结果舒乐冲剂高、中、低剂量组及阳性药对照组大鼠输卵管未通畅条数均较模型组减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),高、中剂量组输卵管未通畅条数较阳性对照药组减少(P<0.01,P<0.05)。舒乐冲剂高剂量组炎症程度与阳性对照药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒乐冲剂对大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞有显著的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Shule Granules on occlusion of oviduct in rats. Methods A total of 60 Wistar female rats were used. The rat oviduct inflammatory obstructive animal models were induced by injecting 20% phenol paste 0.01 mL into bilateral fallopian tubes. The rats were randomly divided into blank control group, positive drug control group, model group, and The high-, middle-, and low-dose groups of Le granules were randomly divided into 6 groups. After 30 days of continuous gavage, the fallopian tubes were taken for histopathological examination. Results The number of unobstructed oviducts in the high-, middle-, and low-dose groups of the Shule granules and the positive control group was lower than that in the model group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The number of unobstructed oviducts in the high- and middle-dose groups was more positive than that in the model group. The control group decreased (P<0.01, P<0.05). The degree of inflammation in the high-dose group of Shule granules was significantly higher than that of the positive control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shule granules have a significant therapeutic effect on ovary obstruction in rats.
