针对国内某无取向硅钢生产现场六辊五机架冷连轧机组工作辊窜辊功能改造,设计了成套边降控制数学模型,形成了完整的边降自动控制系统。系统主要由设定控制系统和在线控制系统两大部分构成。设定控制系统包括预设定、设定、再设定、窜辊插入量自学习、窜辊边降调控功效系数自学习五大部分,在线控制系统包括闭环反馈控制和前馈控制两大部分。该系统是国内第1套完全自主设计开发完成的针对无取向硅钢的边降控制系统,系统测试运行状况稳定,边降稳定在目标值范围内,能很好地满足现场生产的要求。
Aiming at the function transformation of the work roll shifting roller in a six-roller five-stand tandem cold rolling mill at a non-oriented silicon steel production site in our country, the mathematical model of the complete side drop control is designed and a complete automatic control system of the side drop is formed. The system mainly consists of setting control system and online control system composed of two parts. The setting control system includes five parts: pre-setting, setting and re-setting, self-learning of traversing roller insertion and self-learning of traverse roller lowering control efficiency coefficient. The online control system includes two parts of closed-loop feedback control and feedforward control. The system is the first complete set of independent design and development for non-oriented silicon steel edge control system, the system test running stable, stable edge within the target value range, can well meet the requirements of the site production.
