传统护理教学模式由于缺少拟真实的工作情境,因此培养的学生远不能胜任重症监护病房(ICU)的工作。结合美国一所护理学院的模拟ICU,重点介绍模拟教学的优点及它在护理本科生和研究生教学中的应用,以引起国内护理界的重视。
Due to the lack of realistic work situations, the traditional nursing teaching model is far from competent in the work of the intensive care unit (ICU). Combining with the simulated ICU of a nursing school in the United States, it focuses on the advantages of simulation teaching and its application in nursing undergraduate and postgraduate teaching to attract the attention of the domestic nursing community.
