由卫生部药典委员会召开的中药材薄层层析科研交流会于6月9日至12日在山西省太原市召开。参加会议的有上海第一医学院药学系、北京中医学院中药系、南京药学院、卫生部药品生物制品检定所及全国16个省市药品检验所的同志,卫生部药政局派员出席了会议。药典委员会委员、中国医学科学院药物研究所植化室主任方起程为会议作了关于薄层层析技术国外动态的学术报告。大会交流了薄层层析的科研经验,修订了《中药材薄层层析细则》。中药材成分复杂,不少化学定性反应受干扰,不灵敏。应用薄层层析法可对药材成分进行简便的分离,因而不但是鉴别药材真伪的一种迅速、准确的手段,而且也是鉴别优劣的一种方法。薄层层析法是继形态粉末鉴别、化学定性鉴别之后出现的又一种鉴别中药材的重要手段。药典会于1980年和1981年先后在大连和无锡召开会议,研究决定在新版药典的鉴别项下增设薄层层析法,
The Chinese herbal medicine thin-layer chromatography scientific research exchange meeting convened by the Ministry of Health Pharmacopoeia Committee was held on June 9-12 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. Participants included the Department of Pharmacy, Shanghai First Medical College, the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nanjing Pharmaceutical University, the Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products of the Ministry of Health, and the Commodity Inspection Institute of 16 provinces. The representatives of the Bureau of Pharmacy of the Ministry of Health attended the meeting. . Fang Qicheng, member of the Pharmacopoeia Committee and director of the Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, gave an academic report on the dynamics of TLC technology abroad. The meeting exchanged the experience of scientific research on thin-layer chromatography and revised the “Detailed Information on Thin Layer Chromatography of Chinese Herbal Medicines”. The composition of Chinese herbal medicines is complex, and many chemical qualitative reactions are disturbed and insensitive. The application of thin-layer chromatography can easily separate the ingredients of medicinal materials. Therefore, it is not only a rapid and accurate method to identify the authenticity of medicinal materials, but also a method to identify the advantages and disadvantages. Thin-layer chromatography is another important method for identifying Chinese medicinal materials after the identification of powders and chemical qualitative identification. The Pharmacopoeia meeting was held in Dalian and Wuxi successively in 1980 and 1981. The study decided to add a thin layer chromatography under the identification of the new edition of the Pharmacopoeia.
