论述了直吹式制粉系统煤粉管道内煤粉浓度和风速的测量方法的研究开发情况。由于气固两相流的复杂性,测量一次风风速及煤粉浓度并非易事,可以应用到工程实际中的成熟的测量法也并不多,文中在对有应用潜力的几种测量方法的分析基础上,提出了直吹式锅炉系统中最有实际应用价值的煤粉浓度的测量方法——压差法和超声波法,该方法可帮助运行人员准确调整锅炉燃烧配风,优化燃烧,同时可对锅炉燃烧器负荷分配、堵管、自燃等问题进行分析,从而提高锅炉运行效率和安全性,有显著的节能效果。
The research and development of pulverized coal concentration and wind speed in pulverized coal pulverized coal injection system are discussed.
