石油化工工艺管道在安装的过程中,常会因为环境、材料要求、工程地点等而出现各种各样的问题。这些问题如果不进行及时的解决则可能就会给工程质量带来一定的影响。石油化工工艺管道在安装过程中产生的问题仅靠工程设计和资料上面的知识是无法得到有效解决的。因此,为了更好的保证施工管理的各个环节都能顺利有效的完成,就必须对施工过程进行严密的管理与监控。鉴于此,本文拟从石油化工工艺管道安装工程施工管理中的常见问题以及石油化工工艺管道安装工程施工管理中常见问题的处理对策两个方面进行阐述,以期加深对这一问题的认识与理解程度。
In the process of installation of petrochemical process pipes, various problems often occur due to the environment, material requirements, construction sites and the like. These problems, if not solved promptly, may have a certain impact on the quality of the project. Petro-chemical process pipe in the installation process problems arising from the engineering design and information on the above knowledge can not be effectively addressed. Therefore, in order to better ensure that all aspects of construction management can be successfully and effectively completed, the construction process must be closely managed and monitored. In view of this, this article intends to expatiate from two aspects of the common problems in construction management of petrochemical process pipe installation project management and common problems in construction management of petrochemical process pipe installation project in order to deepen the understanding and understanding of this problem .
