卵巢癌是威胁女性生命的恶性肿瘤之一,近期研究发现恶性肿瘤的生长与肿瘤血管形成有关。Delta样配体4(DLL4)与神经导向因子2(Slit2)分布于多种恶性肿瘤中,参与肿瘤血管的形成与发展。有研究显示卵巢癌组织Slit2表达显著低于卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织,而DLL4的表达显著高于后两者,这与卵巢癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移相关,与分期、年龄及组织学类型无关,这可能为卵巢癌的靶向治疗提供更好的方向。 Ovarian cancer is one of the malignant tumors that threaten women’s life. Studies have shown that ovarian cancer Slit2 expression was significantly lower than benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue, and the expression of DLL4 was significantly higher than the latter two, which is associated with the pathological grade of ovarian cancer, lymph node metastasis, and staging, age and histological type Has nothing to do with this may provide a better direction for the targeted treatment of ovarian cancer.
