目的探讨微电子机械系统(micro-electro-mechanical system,MEMS)氧气流量计的临床使用效果。方法对2009年11月至2010年3月妇科、新生儿科住院患者460例按入院先后单、双号分组,实施两种不同的用氧监测方式,比较两组患者实际耗氧量。结果实验组实际总耗氧173瓶,对照组实际总耗氧220瓶,实验组总耗氧量较对照组总耗氧量减少21.4%。结论将MEMS氧气流量计运用于患者用氧管理中,可以有效减少氧气消耗,保障临床用氧的准确性,提高用氧整体质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) oxygen flowmeter. Methods From November 2009 to March 2010, 460 cases of gynecological and neonatal inpatients were divided into two groups according to hospital admission, followed by two different methods of oxygen monitoring. The actual oxygen consumption of the two groups was compared. Results In the experimental group, the total oxygen consumption was 173 bottles, and the actual consumption of oxygen in the control group was 220 bottles. The total oxygen consumption of the experimental group was 21.4% lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The application of MEMS oxygen flow meter in patients with oxygen management, can effectively reduce oxygen consumption, to ensure the accuracy of clinical oxygen, improve the overall quality of oxygen.
