目的探讨在B超引导下进行人工流产的临床应用价值,以指导临床手术,有效预防各种并发症的发生。方法随机选择208例早期妊娠患者,年龄16～43岁,平均24岁,孕周5～10周,平均7周。其中B超引导人工流产组(超导组)128例,普通人工流产组(普通组)80例,分别对两组手术效果及并发症的发生进行分析比较。结果超导组手术时间短,出血量少,并发症少;无一例子宫穿孔和漏吸,仅1例流产不全和1例闭经。普通组手术时间长,出血量多,并发症高;其中子宫穿孔2例,漏吸1例,流产不全3例,闭经2例,术后感染1例。结论 B超引导在无痛人流术中有较高的临床应用价值,能指导术者进行手术,预防并减少各种并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the clinical value of induced abortion under B-guided ultrasound to guide the clinical operation and effectively prevent the occurrence of various complications. Methods 208 cases of early pregnancy were randomly selected, aged from 16 to 43 years old with an average of 24 years old and 5 to 10 weeks gestational age with an average of 7 weeks. Among them, 128 cases of B-guided artificial abortion group (superconducting group) and 80 cases of common induced abortion group (general group) were analyzed and compared on the operation effect and complication of the two groups respectively. Results The operation time of the superconducting group was short, with less bleeding and fewer complications. There was no case of uterine perforation and leakage, only 1 case of abortion and 1 case of amenorrhea. The operation time of the common group was long, the amount of bleeding was high and the complications were high. Among them, 2 cases were perforation of the uterus, 1 case of leakage, 3 cases of incomplete abortion, 2 cases of amenorrhea and 1 case of postoperative infection. Conclusion B-guided in the painless abortion has a higher clinical value, can guide the surgeon to surgery, prevention and reduce the occurrence of various complications.
