盐酸帕洛诺司琼在含顺铂化疗中所致呕吐的防治效果观察

目的探讨盐酸帕洛诺司琼在含顺铂化疗中所致呕吐中的防治效果。方法选择我院2009年2月至2012年2月采用含顺铂方案化疗患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予含顺铂化疗方案。对照组患者同时给予盐酸格拉司琼。观察组给予盐酸帕洛诺司琼。评定两组急性呕吐和延迟呕吐防治效果。结果对照组防治急性呕吐有效率为68.0%,前者高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组防治延迟性呕吐有效率为70.0%,对照组防治延迟性呕吐有效率为50.0%,前者高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸帕洛诺司琼在含顺铂化疗中所致呕吐中的防治效果显著,值得借鉴。 Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of palonosetron hydrochloride in vomiting induced by chemotherapy with cisplatin. Methods We selected 80 patients with chemotherapy containing cisplatin from February 2009 to February 2012 and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were given cisplatin chemotherapy. Patients in the control group were given granisetron hydrochloride simultaneously. The observation group was given palonosetron hydrochloride. Evaluate the control effects of acute vomiting and delayed vomiting in the two groups. Results The effective rate of control group was 68.0% in preventing acute vomiting. The former was higher than the latter, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The effective rate of prevention and treatment of delayed vomiting was 70.0% in the observation group and 50.0% in the control group. The former was higher than the latter, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of palonosetron hydrochloride in control of vomiting induced by cisplatin-containing chemotherapy is significant and worthy of reference.
