红豆草是一种抗旱、抗寒、耐瘠、适口性好的豆科牧草,在我国甘肃、河北等北方省区种植面积较大。我们于1988年对红豆草组织培养进行了初步研究,其结果如下:一、材料与方法供试品种:普通红豆草(OnobrychisViciaefoliaScop)无菌苗获得:红豆草种子剥皮,在1-2％洗衣粉水中清洗,自来水浸泡20小时后,用70％乙醇浸泡1分钟,无菌水冲洗3次,再用0.1％氯化汞消毒10分钟,无菌水冲洗4-5次后,分别接种到MS_0、MS_4、MS_5上。外植体获得及培养:取具13天苗龄的无菌苗的根、下胚轴、子叶、叶柄等在无菌条 Soybean is a drought-resistant, cold, barren, palatability leguminous forage, in our country Gansu, Hebei and other northern provinces larger planted area.
