目的 讨论成人小肠肿瘤合并肠套叠的ＣＴ 表现，评价其诊断价值。方法 对１０ 例小肠肿瘤伴肠套叠病人进行螺旋ＣＴ扫描，分析１０ 例经手术病理证实的小肠肿瘤并肠套叠的ＣＴ 表现。结果 １０ 例ＣＴ扫描均可见多层靶环形、肾形或香肠形软组织影，中央部为脂肪和血管轴面影。２ 例淋巴瘤多处可见肿大融合的淋巴结及肠壁不规则增厚，肠腔内造影剂充盈不均，１ 例术中发现肠系膜过长而引起Ｔｒｅｔ’ｓ 韧带疝。ＣＴ扫描８ 例仅显示肠套叠征像。２ 例同时显示套叠及肿瘤。结论 成人小肠肿瘤合并肠套叠，多数ＣＴ扫描仅显示肠套叠而不能显示肿瘤。
Objective To discuss the CT features of adult small bowel tumor with intussusception and evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods Spiral CT scans were performed on 10 patients with small bowel tumors and intussusception. CT findings of 10 cases of small bowel tumors and intussusception confirmed by pathology were analyzed. Results In 10 cases of CT scans, multi-layer target rings, kidney-shaped or sausage-shaped soft tissue shadows were seen, and the central part was fat and vascular axial shadow. In 2 cases of lymphoma, lymph nodes and irregular thickening of the intestine wall were thickened, and the contrast medium in the lumen of the intestine was uneven. In 1 case, the mesentery was too long and caused Tret’s ligament fistula. CT scans showed only intussusception in 8 cases. Two cases showed intussusception and tumor at the same time. Conclusion Intestinal tumors in adults with intussusception, most CT scans only show intussusception and can not show tumors.
