如今,在线旅行社迅猛发展,大有壮大之势,给传统的旅行社带来了巨大压力,双方之间竞争愈演愈烈。本文在探讨在线旅行社(以同程旅游杭州分公司为例)与传统旅行社(以浙江省中国国际旅行社有限公司为例)旅游产品销售流程及其旅游产品优劣势的基础上,着力于分析竞合背景下两者未来的发展思路,以期实现旅行社行业的可持续发展。
