为了培养与国际接轨的中国工程师,工程教育专业认证明确地将培养具有解决复杂工程问题能力,作为学生培养的基本要求,然而当前的工程教育仍以课堂灌输型方式为主,显然无法达到训练学生工程思维,提高其解决实际工程问题能力的目的。在此背景下,本文以《水利工程施工》课程改革为例,探索基于复杂工程问题的翻转课堂教学模式,通过采用收集资料、录制视频、学生自主学习、课堂合作探讨、学习巩固的教学方法,提高学生学习的积极性,提启发学生的工程思维,从而达到提高学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。
