本文对改水8年的地氟病区8~15岁儿童氟斑牙率与血、尿生化指标进行了调查与测定。结果表明,五家村中病区的改水后儿童氟班牙率与改水前比较不仅显著下降,且明显低于未改水轻病区患病水平。血清酶测定结果显示,CPK、GSH—Px活性改水与未改水病区组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。尿氟、羟脯氨酸排泄量未改水组明显高于改水与非病区组(P<0.01),而改水与非病区组儿童尿羟脯氨酸排泄量相一致。
This paper investigated and determined the dental fluorosis rate, blood and urine biochemical indexes of children aged 8-15 years in the endemic fluorosis area treated with water for 8 years. The results showed that the rate of fluorine Spain children in Wudalian ward after water change was not only significantly lower than that before water change, but also significantly lower than the prevalence of water not changed water-wasting disease area. Serum enzyme assay results showed that CPK, GSH-Px activity was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.01). Urinary fluoride and hydroxyproline excretion were significantly higher in the group without water change than those in the water-modifying and non-disease group (P <0.01), while urinary hydroxyproline excretion was the same in children with water and non-disease group.
