我国古代科举制度始于隋唐,之后的历朝历代都将其沿用。我国公务员制度随着时代步伐正不断发展完善。本文以隋唐科举制度为例,将其与现行公务员选拔制度进行比较,阐明二者之间的关系,提出仍有必要继续吸取科举制度的合理成分,以期对完善公务员选拔制度有所助益。
The ancient system of imperial examination started in Sui and Tang dynasties, and all the dynasties in the past dynasties followed. The civil service system in our country is continuously developing and perfecting with the pace of the times. This paper takes the imperial examination system of Sui and Tang Dynasties as an example to compare it with the current system of selecting civil servants, clarifies the relationship between the two and proposes that it is still necessary to continue to learn the reasonable elements of the system of civil service examination in the hope of improving the system of selecting civil servants.
