近年来,发达国家运用农残壁垒对我国农产品出口采取的贸易限制措施越来越多。文章探讨了问题存在的原因,提出了一些打破欧盟农残壁垒、妥善解决贸易纠纷的策略和措施。认为不仅政府应加快与国际标准接轨的步伐,并且茶叶出口企业也必须从源头抓好产品的质量和安全卫生,真正实现茶叶生产、加工、经营的国际化。 In recent years, the trade restrictions adopted by developed countries on the export of agricultural products by using pesticide barriers have been increasing. This article explores the reasons for the existence of the problems and puts forward some strategies and measures to break the barrier of EU’s pesticide residues and properly resolve trade disputes. It is believed that not only should the government speed up the pace of convergence with international standards, but also the tea exporters must also grasp the quality and safety and hygiene of their products from the source and truly realize the internationalization of tea production, processing and operation.
