浆体管道输送系统是现代化长距离运输中的一种新型运输方案,其以液体(通常为自来水)为载体,将固态物料(与液体不发生物理化学反应)与液体混合制备成浆体,并采用泵送设备经由管道将制备液体运输到指定地点,浆体管道运输系统具有投资成本低、运输速度快、运量大、环境影响小等优势,在现代化运输体系中占据不可或缺的位置。本文对长距离浆体管道输送系统工程设计以水锤防护设计进行探讨研究,对保障浆体管道输送系统的稳定性与安全性具有重要意义。
Slurry pipeline system is a new transportation scheme in modern long-haul transportation. It uses liquid (usually tap water) as carrier to mix solid material (no physical and chemical reaction with liquid) with liquid to make slurry, and The pumping equipment is used to transport the preparation liquid to the designated place via the pipeline. The slurry pipeline transportation system has the advantages of low investment cost, fast transportation, large transportation capacity and small environmental impact, and occupies an indispensable position in the modern transportation system. In this paper, the long-distance slurry pipeline system engineering design to study the water hammer protection design, to ensure the stability and safety of the slurry pipeline transportation system is of great significance.
