在车床上镗削深孔零件时,通常把刀排做成与零件深孔相应的固定式刀排,此结构具有一定的局限性.在后方车间,往往会碰到一些深孔长度不一致的情况,使原先的刀排长度不够,无法加工;或者用长刀排加工短深孔零件,由于刚性不足,影响产品加工精度.针对这些问题,我们在生产中改进原来传统用的刀排,将刀排设计成可调式的,结构如图所示.采用此种刀排可对深孔长度不一致的零件在车床上镜削,刀杆直径可根据被加工工件的孔径来确定,刀杆长度根据直径尽量做长些,以利于加工深孔
