目的:分析阿托伐他汀、衣那普利联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾炎的效果如何。方法:抽取50位临床需要诊治慢性肾炎的患者,50个病人作为本次的研究对象,这些患者平均分为两组,实验组和对照组,每组都是25人。给他们治疗时根据同一变量的原则使用两种不同的药物治疗,实验组用阿托伐他汀联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾炎,对照组则用衣那普利联合缬沙坦治疗。治疗一段时间后,根据最终实验结果比较两组的治疗效果有什么不同。结果:两组最后的现象有所不同,体现了不同药物对慢性肾炎的治疗效果。用阿托伐他汀联合缬沙坦治疗的实验组在治疗后,患者尿中蛋白质含量与动脉血压都有所下降。用衣那普利联合缬沙坦治疗的对照组治疗后,尿中蛋白质含量也和动脉血压也下降了,但不同的是对照组血肌酐也有所下降。结论:阿托伐他汀和衣那普利联合缬沙坦对治疗慢性肾炎都有一定的效果,就是两种药物的治疗效果有所不同。衣那普利联合缬沙坦的效果更好些,不但可以降低尿中蛋白质含量和动脉血压又可以降低血肌酐指数。
Objective: To analyze the effect of atorvastatin and enalaprol combined with valsartan on chronic nephritis. Methods: Fifty patients with chronic nephritis were enrolled in this study. Fifty patients were selected as the study subjects. The patients were equally divided into two groups: experimental group and control group, with 25 in each group. Give them treatment according to the same variable principle using two different drug treatment, the experimental group with atorvastatin combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic nephritis, the control group was treated with quinapril and valsartan. After treatment for some time, according to the final experimental results to compare the treatment effect of the two groups what is the difference. Results: The last two groups of different phenomena, reflecting the different drugs on the treatment of chronic nephritis. In the experimental group treated with atorvastatin combined with valsartan, the urinary protein content and arterial blood pressure decreased. In the control group treated with enalaprol combined with valsartan, the urinary protein content and arterial blood pressure also decreased, but the difference was that the control group also had a decrease in serum creatinine. Conclusion: Atorvastatin and Enalaprol combined with valsartan have a certain effect on the treatment of chronic nephritis, that is, the therapeutic effects of the two drugs are different. Enalaprol combined with valsartan is more effective, not only can reduce urinary protein content and arterial blood pressure can also reduce the serum creatinine index.
