尿道综合征（UTS）又称无菌性尿频———排尿不适综合征,在妇女中常见,多有长期使用抗生素且疗效欠佳的病史,目前病因尚未明了。中医药在治疗尿道综合征方面有着独特优势,我科自1999年以来采用自拟鸭跖车前甘草汤加味治疗尿道综合征41例取得较好疗效,现报道如下。
